The back and forth with Ghanaian music group Praye is over.
Yes, the group which announced its come back with a nostalgic performance at the 19th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards are back and currently working on releasing a new single.
Confirming the comeback in an interview with MzGee, Praye Tiatia explained all was set to take what was rightfully theirs.
“We were almost dropping a new song as at last week but we had to hold since Praye Tintin lost the mum and we had to pause till she was given a befitting burial. That is what distorted our calendar bit but we are on track. Everything is in place. We’ve gone back to our old manager. We’re under the management of Kiki Banson.”
An official announcement is said to be made in the coming weeks.
Praye is a Ghanaian hiplife trio made up of three members are Eugene Baah [Praye ho ne ho], Steven Fiawoo [Praye tiatia] and Nana Kwame [Praye Tenten]. The group was formed during the maiden edition of the Nescafe African Revelations.
They won the National Championship and the African Revelation Championship as representative of Ghana and at the final event of west and central Africa.
Their debut album, Mfitiatse, with the hit track ‘Shordy’ is topped the Music Charts in Ghana for several weeks.
